KWIS-Repair is the dedicated module for executing supervisor-approved defect repairs. Integrated with a hardware meter tracker, it auto-stops the roll at the repair table when a target defect arrives. Operators get real-time cues—current meter, next defect, queue position, and line status— to perform accurate fixes. After each stop, the operator must mark the defect as repaired, ensuring clear traceability and a complete audit trail from detection to closure.

Repair Machine Config

  • Repair Table Info

    User can set repair table width and the repairing table start position

  • Jogging Info

    User can set the jogging offset where the machine will slow down

Repair and Feedback

  • Map

    User can see the live map updating based on the running meter

  • Roll Info

    User can see the current roll that is running and its information

  • Repair Management

    User can start and stop the repair process and mark repairs done, moving the roll to repaired status once all defects are fixed

  • Repair Continue

    User can continue from the previous repair position

  • Live Machine Status

    User can see the machine status (Running, Jog, Stop) live

  • Image Grid

    User can view defect images for which the system stopped

  • Mark as Repair

    User can select defect images from the defect grid and mark them as repaired or suggest deletion
